Pradip Shah, CEO. Pradip has over 18 years of experience in business, management and development of software companies. Most recently, he was the CTO of Ionic Microsystems, developing CPE technology for voice, video and data. Prior to Ionic, Pradip was VP Engg at F-ONE Software in Fremont, CA, consulting and developing solutions for the EDA industry. Pradip has worked with organizations such as Synopsys Inc, Magma Design Automation and Get2Chip Inc. Pradip has a Masters in Computer Science from IIT Madras and holds a patent.

Anita Shah, COO. Anita founded and ran F-ONE Software in Fremont, CA as the CEO. She was responsible for growing the consulting division, including setting up an offshore development center in Bangalore. Anita holds a MBA from University of California.

Jyoti Kumar, Dir of Engg. Jyoti has over 5 years experience in developing software for companies such as Synopsys. Jyoti is passionate about user interfaces. Jyoti received his Masters from IIT Delhi.

Chetan Dhruve, VP Business Development. Chetan has an MBA in Management Of Technology, Cass Business School, London. Before joining Rrap, Chetan worked for Cisco Systems in the UK and India as well as IBM in the UK. During his free time, Chetan writes business books. .
